Sites we can visit
Offices, business and science parks, warehouses, factory yards, hospitals and any workplace with a space for the van. We cover Oxford, Oxfordshire and the surrounding counties (Berkshire, Buckinghamshire, Northamptonshire, Warwickshire, Gloucestershire and Wiltshire), including Abingdon, Didcot and Kidlington. Travel is factored into your quote.
Can't fit the van? We'll bring the treats inside.
Some sites just aren't van-friendly: security gates, no parking, wet weather or a busy loading bay. For offices inside Oxford postcodes OX1 to OX4 we deliver the treats to your door, Wednesday to Sunday.

How an office bundle works
- Everyone gets a hot dessert served warm with ice cream. Choose from waffles, brownies, cookie dough, apple pie and chocolate fudge cake.
- Tell us your numbers and any allergies or dietary needs when you enquire. Full allergen information comes with every order.
- We agree a delivery day and time with you, Wednesday to Sunday, and bring everything to your reception or kitchen.
- Need us on a Monday or Tuesday? Let us know in advance and we will do our best to accommodate you.
- Need a different number? Ask us for a quote for any team size.

The van comes to your site, serves your team the Classic selection (soft serve cone with toppings and sauces, plus lollies and slush drinks) for the agreed time, then packs down. You can upgrade to Premium for £2 more per head or Luxury for £4 more per head. Hot desserts (waffles, brownies, cookie dough, apple pie and chocolate fudge cake, served warm with ice cream) can be added to any package for £4.50 more per head.
Our packages run 45 to 60 minutes depending on team size. Extra time is £50 per additional hour. For shift patterns we can split the visit into two slots.
We hold a Level 2 Food Hygiene Certificate, public liability insurance and a Street Traders Licence, and provide full allergen information. Tell us what your site requires and we will send it before the visit.
No. The team packages are paid by the employer. If you prefer staff to pay individually, we can attend for an hourly fee of £50 to £100 an hour and staff buy from the van.
Yes. Inside Oxford postcodes OX1 to OX4 we deliver office bundles from Wednesday to Sunday (need a Monday or Tuesday? Let us know in advance and we will do our best to accommodate you): 10 people for £69, 20 for £129 or 30 for £185, with one hot dessert and ice cream each. It suits sites where security, parking or weather make the van awkward.
