Prefer not to count heads? Open Bar gives your guests the full menu without limits: £100 for the first hour and £50 for each additional hour. You receive an itemised invoice after the event.

How booking works

- We reply with a written quote, including any venue fee or travel.
- Pay the £100 booking fee to secure your date. It comes off the final bill.
- We confirm timings, van position and menu with you before the day.
- We arrive, set up, serve and pack down.
Venue rules. If your venue keeps a supplier list or charges for outside suppliers, we will ask them directly and put the answer in your quote. Tell us the venue name when you enquire.
Who we are
Danni 'n' Dave's is an independent family business started in 2022 in Temple Cowley, Oxford. We make soft serve fresh to order and also serve hot desserts and slushies. We hold a Level 2 Food Hygiene Certificate, public liability insurance and a Street Traders Licence.

Wedding hire is priced per head: Classic is £3, Premium is £5 and Luxury is £7 per guest. A £100 booking fee secures your date and is deducted in full from your final invoice. Distance from our base in OX4 affects the final quote.
Yes. Many couples book the van for the evening reception. Tell us your timings and we will quote for the window you want. Choose a per-head package, or Open Bar, which is £100 for the first hour and £50 for each additional hour.
Policies differ. Some venues welcome outside evening suppliers, some keep a supplier list and some charge an outside-supplier fee. Tell us your venue in the enquiry and we will check with them and include any fee they charge in your quote.
A level space for the van near your guests and vehicle access for set-up. The van carries its own equipment and power. Tell us the venue and we will confirm access before you book.
We provide full allergen information at every event. If you have specific dietary needs among your guests, tell us in the enquiry so we can plan the menu with you.
The £100 booking fee is taken off your final invoice, not added to it. Please ask us about our cancellation terms when you enquire.
